Day One, Phase One

I made it through the "Reset" phase, 5lbs lost. I was hoping for 7 but since my Birthday was last Friday and I cheated a bit (no alcohol, or sweets) I can't be too picky.

I thought about staying on the reset for a couple of extra days to try and get those 2 pounds but honestly, I was ready to start exercising so I forged on. It's nice now because we get to add more calories into our day and have an actual breakfast rather than just a smoothie.

I did my first workout today and one of the reasons I picked this program was because the workouts are short and intense and BOY! is it intense. I had to take a water break during the warm up! I love it!

I can feel the fatigue in my muscles and it feels great! I've missed working out and it's nice that in the amount of time it would take me to load up the kids and drive to the gym I can get in a great cardio session and bit of yoga or ab work.

Looking forward to seeing this work pay off! Hopefully, sooner rather than later.
