Weight Loss Hiatus.

I've been on a bit of a fitness/weight loss hiatus the past couple of weeks, you may have noticed my lack of "obsessive every pound counts" posts here lately..

I gained a couple of pounds around New Year's, then it was my Birthday, then we went to NYC and now here we are, a whole month has gotten away from me and quite honestly, I don't really care! I've been enjoying eating crap, I haven't gained anymore weight, just haven't lost any either.

My plan is to start back next week, I know I could start today but, like I said, I just don't want to.. I kind of have to gear myself back up and get back in the right mind frame to want to do this, plus these hot right-out-of-the-oven turtle cookies and ice cold milk I'm having right now taste way too good to give up.. Get in my belly, nom nom nom nom nom....

Glad you don't care. If it becomes too obsessive, it'll drive you INSANE!! You know your body--you know when you can take that hiatus and when you feel like you need to get back into the groove.
