Sold!

Sorry family! You are going to hate reading this. I have officially made my decision on a Presidential Candidate....... I am joining the likes of a good friend, and have become an "Obama Mama," officially.

I have struggled with this decision, and have changed my mind over and over. I will say however, if Obama wins the nomination, and chooses Hilary (bold face liar) as a running mate, all bets are off. Then? I will be screwed, I do not like McCain. At all.

I realize that some "damaging" things have happened with his campaign in the last couple of weeks, because a RETIRED pastor from his church has diarrhea of the mouth. Come on! Get over it all ready. If anything, it's made my decision to vote for him easier. He has handled himself with grace and dignity. Shouldn't we be more focused on how he is going to run this Country, rather than how someone associated with him can say some not so nice things?

Anyway, that's it. I will now be an outcast in my family for crossing party lines. I just feel the need to vote for someone based on policy versus Democrat or Republican. I like him, I think he will do an excellent job as President. Besides, could he do any worse?

You're brave to to it! My parents would quite literally disinherit me if I even joked about it. And, I'm with you on Hillary. I'm still waiting to know how those 38 dead people associated with the Clintons ended up dead.

Oh my!!! I'm not going to be the one to tell the rest of the family. I wonder which they will consider worse... Auburn or Obama. They will probably go easy on you because you just had those beautiful twins.
Much love,
Your Aunt

I think it's an Obamanation (not in a good way).

Most people who want to vote for Obamanation cannot even tell me what his policies stand for. I'm not saying this is you. I admit he brings a certain 'freshness' to the table but when you get down and dirty and look at the things he belives in, it is a tragic mistake to vote for this man.

And as far as his past pastor goes, it not water under the bridge. This man has listened to the spiritual counsel of this pastor once a week for over 20 years - factor that in. If anyone listened to someone weekly for 20 years, their beliefs would probably mirror his. In fact, if you look at Mrs. Obama you will see her rhetoric talking about anti-Americanism. Do not vote for this man simply for a 'change'. I understand people wanting that ( and please understand I'm not undermining you because I think highly of you). This man cannot be good for the country. And to top it off with a cherry - exactly how much are you willing to pay in new taxes? And how much are you willing to pay to bail out Social Security and Medicare? and then to cover the socialist healthcare that is being proposed when we can't cover what we have now? Because it's a heap.

Sorry, but politics is brought up , it's fair game.

Ok, Poodleyhead, step off the soapbox!

Ok, I'm so voting for Hillary. Though I would find no problem with both of them as running mates.

And those 38 people? I was the last one to see them all.......
