My One Week Milestone... Almost.

I was supposed to be able to get on here today and blog about how I thought I had turned the corner. I felt good for almost an entire week! Sure, I still had moments during each day that I would have to sit for a minute, but I was soooooo much better. And then yesterday, when my parents arrived to see the Munchkin, I was blowing chunks in the bathroom, again. I was forced to fall back on my trusty little pills to get through the day.

This morning I woke up with a list of errands to run, including getting food to cook for a lady in a Foundation that I volunteer for, it's 5:30pm and I have yet to make it to the grocery store... Olive Garden take out is looking really good right now.

I was even convinced that I had found a miracle cure - Vitamin water. I picked one up on a whim last Wednesday, when I was having probably the worst day I'd had in 9 weeks. I started feeling so good. I sent Hubby out to stock up on this new found cure. Today it failed me!

Now, I got nothing, no other tricks in my bag. I've tried pretty much everything I've heard (except for eating a hard boiled egg first thing the in the morning, need I explain) ginger ale, crystallized ginger, chewing gum, mints, preggie pops, and numerous other tidbits of info, all of you kind people have passed along.... I just think I'm in this for the long haul. God help me!

Oh poor you! Sorry you were given a taste of freedom and then it was snatched away.
I hope it goes away quickly so you can resume a 'normal' life ;-)
hard boiled egg? first thing. Ugh. No explanation needed.

That sucks! I'm so sorry. Did you find the baby's bliss stuff? I wonder if it works? And, I hope it gets better soon!

That's rough! I think what makes you so sick is the how much of a specific hormone your body makes while you are pregnant.
One positive I've heard is that the sicker you are during pregnancy the healthier the baby. LOL -- that doesn't help, huh?

I've found really cool things to do with pictures. It's on my blog when you can get away from the toilet. (LOL)

Maybe if you had a good week you'll have some more?

I won't even say to you that you "only" have 24 more weeks to go, because I wanted to stab people when they said stupid things like that. Every day that you don't feel good feels like an eternity.

Not fun! I hope you're feeling better soon! Congrats on the baby in waiting though!
